As many of you may already be aware, an accidental fire involving a fuel tank at the Port of Bandar Abbas, triggered a very large explosion in a nearby Chemical Storage building yesterday. Today, more (ahem) "accidents" are happening. A steel Plant - miles away - has now also gone up in flames, as has the Bandar Abbas Electric Generating Station - also miles away. Tonight, miles away from all the other situations, the "Persian Gulf Star Refinery" is now also burning. It is the largest gas condensate plant in the entire Middle East. It has processing capacity of roughly 360,000 barrels of gas condensate a day since it became fully active in 2018. For some unknown reason, Israel refuses to publicly comment on the initial explosion at the Port of Bandar Abbas and today, Israel's "Maariv" newspaper flashed: "Israel is preparing for an extreme scenario after the explosion in Iran." Why? - The United States has deployed an armed B-52 Stratofortress aircraft into India. The aircraft landed in Jaipur, India, after taking off from Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. Hours earlier, aircraft from Israel also landed in India. DJ, my (far from perfect, non-expert) view; When Russia moved into UKraine in february 2022 it did the unexpected move...The "west" believed Russia would NOT intervene when UKraine (and NATO) forces would "clean up" Donetsk/Luhansk-Eastern UKraine... The "west" expected NATO could include UKraine...very likely NATO forces would be "invited" (like Assad in Syria invited Russia, Iran) to "restore order"... Well-the west did get it wrong...Putin/Russia did know zelenski was elected to get UKraine OUT of conflict-not further into a war...So in april 2022-Istanbul-Türkiye the "Special Military Operation/SMO" -as Russia expected-would end...Then bojo/biden showed up and showed "NATO would support UKraine"... - US/USrael may welcome a "limited conflict" between India and Pakistan. Since such a conflict would "slow down/break up" BRICS+ US/USrael may push for such a war...ignoring the very major risks... For the US it is ESSENTIAL other countries pay for US$/debts...The US$ as a global currency is the back bone of US as the "only super power"...(idea). The problem however is starting a conflict may not be that hard-controlling it may be more complex...
