DJ, A BRICS+ goal is to limit the risks of war..."make trade not war" is the BRICS+ motto...
US/NATO "love to make war" extorting the rest of the world to follow "western/US rules based order"-keeping the poor getting more poor-the 0,1% rich getting more rich... China is next in the US/NATO regime change wars so it is preparing for that. US want uni-polar/US global domination. BRICS+ unites a lot of countries to get out of poverty. In fact following a China strategy that lifted China out of poverty. Some BRICS+ members/partners may not be willing to see social changes inside their borders. BRICS+ may stand for limiting social inequality...Economic growth needs ALL of the population getting education, healthcare, housing, transport... The western "model" ignores human capital and goes for profits...inequality.
