   DJ, The main/only reason why netanyahu is NOT attacking Iran is it will mean war with not only Iran but with TIP, BRICS+...it will destroy USrael...
A major reason why Modi will think lots of times before "moving" against Pakistan...if India moves without BRICS+ cooperation it could mean war with BRICS+, TIP (Türkiye-Iran-Pakistan), ASEAN...

So India may be talking with BRICS+ on a "fitting reaction". BRICS+ does not agree on the role (Pakistan) ISI (CIA) plays in terrorism against India. 

My speculation; BRICS+ will allow India to attack a limited number of targets in Pakistan. Pakistan will be informed India may go for LIMITED military action...Pakistan has to accept that punishment and stop/get a grip on its secret service using terrorists against India...

BRICS+ will NOT accept any further escalation. (And BRICS++ may include TIP, ASEAN). 

DJ; YES India has a point in blaming Pakistan for terrorism AND NO it is not worth blowing up BRICS+...because that is what the CIA=ISI wants...
