DJ, No "new news" jumping out-but the general picture for pandemics is bad;

-CoViD widespread with lots of new variants
-H5N1 does spread via raw milk from infected cows in the US
-Most H5N1 cases this year worldwide may be missed; no/mild symptoms/no testing...still spreading...
-WHO may again declare Mpox a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHE-IC)

...some places go for 100% stupid making masks illigal...Masks/eye protection (+ washing hands/gloves in high risk areas) may be the best protection when dealing with lots of diseases being a risk...

Covering of skin may also limit risks of insect-infections...

The idea "vaccines will save us" may become more and more unrealistic. Vaccines may limit damage but do NOT stop pandemics...(however BigPharma in "the west" making big profits-no doubt part of it going to "donations to politicians for sale")...

Background; wasting trillions in criminal endless wars is -finally- hitting a wall...No sane person wants to buy US debts-even at high interest rates...

Problem is most likely LESS money to healthcare and education...MORE to armies protecting a corrupt elite...A pattern not new in history-I only hoped not to see this on this scale in 2024...

So-short term future will be a "hard ride" ..learning the hard way is never easy...
